Our movement classes use a wide range of training modes and exercises to deliver a whole body workout. While each session will have a focus you can expect a whole body workout followed by core work. Each workout is designed so anyone can participate and work at their own pace. Exercise modifications are given in every class making this suitable for every one from ages 8-80.
