Kiara Lawson

Drawing motivation from her own health journey, Kiara takes the term Holistic Health Coach to a new level, whether it's a traditional fitness class, yoga, breathwork or the art of mindfulness, it's difficult to find someone who brings this much passion to health and fitness

Josh Drinkwater

After studying at University Josh came to realise that knowing what to do wasn't the problem for people. It was developing the mindset to do it. Having trained most of his life, Josh has a wealth of knowledge and techniques to help you live a healthier lifestyle

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to educate people of all ages, from school aged to Seniors, not only how to move but why we should move. We’re here to teach you how to move better and help you find a class that you enjoy, one that resonates with your body.

Having experienced my own health issues, I am still very much on my own healing journey. I have dedicated my life to studying the human body, learning what our bodies require to function optimally from the inside out. The deeper I seek answers, the more open I am, the more I learn that there is just so much more to our health than we ever knew.

My fascination with the human body started a long time ago, starting out as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 15 years now. My real health journey began 8 years ago. Today, I teach based on science and through my own experience. I was born teaching from my heart.

 

Guiding others is my lifes purpose

It all starts with education. However we are not taught this in school. What to eat. How to stay active. How to move our bodies safely. How to stay strong. How to look after our inner health. A healthy body isn’t just about the physical – it’s the whole system. Our inner and mental health are equally as important.

I have found in all my years of experience ‘There is no one size fits all’ with fitness. Our bodies are capable of extraordinary things. While we all need to move, we need to move smarter, not harder. We need to move for longevity, not destroying ourselves to look a ‘certain’ way. Having worked across different fitness scenes and working with different age populations I have seen first hand what works and what doesn’t.
