Why Train With Let’s Move Lake Mac?
Our passion for helping people create a positive relationship with their health and wellbeing has been a 16+ year journey. Our founder Kiara Lawson has been teaching group fitness for 16 years and is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Energy Healer. Drawing motivation from her own health journey, Kiara takes the term Holistic Health Coach to a new level. Whether it's a traditional fitness class, yoga, breathwork or learning to cultivate more mindfulness, it's difficult to find someone who brings this much passion to health and wellness.
Our head coach Josh Drinkwater has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science, majoring in Rehabilitation and is a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach. After studying at University Josh came to realise that knowing what to do wasn't the problem for people. It was developing the mindset to do it. Having trained most of his life, Josh has a wealth of knowledge and techniques to help you live a healthier lifestyle.
We have created a fitness community that feels like your second home, a place you feel safe, welcome and enjoy moving your body. As expert coaches, we challenge you accordingly to unlock your next level of growth and get you results.
